Vehicle Overview | Suzuki SlingShot Plus is a 124 cc, single cylinder motorcycle that is good for 8.5 BHP at 7500 rpm and 10 Nm at 3500 rpm. The engine comes mated to a 5-speed gearbox. The high amount of torque at such low rpm makes it a really good machine to ride in low and mid range. Which bike is best option - Mahindra Centuro, Suzuki Slingshot and Honda CB twister?
29 December 2022 05:50
The best one out of your selected options is the Mahindra Centuro. The bike comes with the most reasonable price and provides features which are not even provided in the top end bikes of India. it comes with a remote flip key, which also has the find me button on it. Pressing it would light up the indicators and you can find your bike easily in a crowd. Also, it comes with a disc brake in the latest model. It features a 106.7 cc engine producing 8.5 BHP and 8.5 NM of torque. The bike comes with the iconic Mahindra golden ribs and comes with an attractive price tag of INR 51,250 for the top model. It is the best motorcycle in its segment.

best bike india
i have not seen this type of bike on road
It the MOST AWESOME 125cc bike EVER. I have it since the last 2 years (Clocked 14800 km) and I have no single complaint yet. Yes, the pick up is on the slower side. BUT, the smoothness and comfort is unmatched in its class. The bike rises gradually and glides till 105 without a single vibration. The build quality is excellent and spares are surprisingly inexpensive but of very good quality. It has a mileage of about 50kmpl (In City B'lore traffic). The on-road cost is very less and the services are done with care unlike the heros/ honds. Do a test drive first and then decide. DO NOT go by rumor. It is true that Suzuki definitely needs to improve its marketing strategies to let people know how good the product really is!
Suzuki please improve your bikes design... Those are very out dated... Give some sporty look, better than Yamaha... You will get the market by improving design and service... We expect more from you because we are new generation.....
1. I got this Bike on June 2012 for Rs.58,000(highend model) in Chennai. Till today I finished 6000kms on this bike..
2. Comfort is very good.
3. Good for city ride with decent mileage(50 to 55kmpl). On highways I got upto 65kmpl
4. I feel power is lesser with 129kg body weight
5. Head light focus is little dim.
6. I gave for servicing every 2months.(first 3 are free and other services are one paid and one free for two yrs)
7. Pick up is not so great.
8. Bike skids sometimes on high speed.
My Overall rating(Comfort, mileage, power, appearance, price, service) - 3.5 out of 5
I feel this bike is a good choice for the guys who wants a decent mileage, better comfort in City and towns with budget Rs.60,000. Discover 125ST new model is one more choice over Slingshot.
