Our take on this /// Verdict
The Honda Aviator Base 2010 is a solid choice for those seeking a reliable and comfortable scooter in the Indian market. Its handling is one of its standout features, offering great stability and ease of maneuverability, especially in urban conditions. The scooter is equipped with a 109.19 cc air-cooled, 4-stroke engine that provides ample power for daily commuting. The Combi Brake System and the option for disc brakes in some variants enhance safety, while the telescopic suspension ensures a smooth ride over various road conditions. However, it lacks ABS, which might be a concern for some buyers. Overall, the Aviators blend of performance, comfort, and practical features like a large underseat storage make it a compelling option for those looking for a dependable scooter.
Price
The Honda Aviator Base 2010, although discontinued since March 2020, had an ex-showroom price range of Rs. 68,385 to Rs. 74,287 in India. To give a clearer picture, the on-road price would have been slightly higher, typically around Rs. 80,000 to Rs. 90,000, depending on the state and local taxes. While these prices are historical, they provide a benchmark for what one might expect if purchasing a used model. As an automotive reviewer, I would advise potential buyers to consider these prices when evaluating the value of a pre-owned Aviator, keeping in mind the scooters durability and the overall cost of ownership.
Mileage
Wednesday, 20 November 2024 12:52 AM
The Honda Aviator Base 2010 boasts an ARAI-certified mileage of 60 kmpl, which is quite impressive for a scooter in its class. In real-world conditions, users have reported mileage ranging from 42 to 50 kmpl, depending on riding habits and road conditions. This makes the Aviator a cost-effective option for daily commuting, especially for those concerned about fuel efficiency and running costs.

Honda Aviator Base 2010 Discussion
HONDA Aviator is better than all others. It have good looking, powerful engine compared to others, good height, less width from back, good shockers, good brakes etc.... Everything is good than others but people are still sleeping they just go to the showroom and ask the Customer Advisor officer to buy Activa, they dont ask them that what is the difference between them and which is more better and good for us. Whenever,I go outside I just see activa's.
