Activa old looks good and ride quality is great, it can perform even the Activa 6G and TVS Jupiter
Best Features: Self Start
Pros: 1. Super build quality lot of metal less plastics 2. Doesn't feel old every feature is similar to new model
Cons: 1. Bad mileage (35kmpl in city) 2. Noisy 3. Suspension is bad when compared to new models

please suggest me buy the new scooter for my wife
it is a nice experience with activa...
honda activa is great but the company have to launch it on DIESEL ENGINE so it sold's more...in fact the mahindra has launch their scooter DURO on diesel but it is soo bored and ridiculous .. !!
i wish to purachse a scooter preferably activa. but the waiting period is too loooooong (about 10 months) as informed by dealer. It is too long. hence i consider access 125. i am actually confused.

Hello friends,
i Purchased Honda Activa (110 cc) a week ago , i found that the Hot air (after cooling the engine) gets blowed out through the portion behind the side stand area. As a result , Burning sensation on the left leg takes place due to the Hot Air. It is mainly sensed when we are standing on idle position with the vehicle engine running(i.e Standing on signals). also i saw 10 activas randomly and found the same.
I contacted Honda company executives , they told that they knew the problem and cant do anything as their R&D approves it. They forgotten that 'HUMAN SAFETY IS MORE IMPORTANT THAN ANYTHING ELSE'.
Kindly look into this issue before buying the vehicle.

New activa speeds upto 80kph which is equal to 102cc dio and new dio also far better than activa then why we youngster to activa? I think dio is the better option in pricing looks and comfort!!

I heard honda activa famous for its best seller but also equally famous for its higher maintenance. i have too heard problems of activa silencer falling off , skidding problem , higher cost for 110 cc whereas comperatively suzuki access is cheaper and doing very well in market. infact honda had to revamp its honda activa model due to access but then too it still cant compete with suzuki acess.
I think no insurance for ABS panels which customer knows well if this is plastic bodied like marvel its sure gonna be a flop soon.
I dont think they have rectified problems of earlier activa silencer falling off, Headlite doom shake, skidding ,starter slippage problem, difficult acess to sparkplug cleaning etc....
Tuff up tube is big fake, I had umpteen times problems even sent them for replacement due to failure to fill up during puncture no replacement given yet.
My sincere advice stay away from this honda!!
