Our take on this /// Verdict
The Hero Destini 125 has transformed into a serious contender in the 125cc scooter segment with its recent updates. My experience with the scooter has been overwhelmingly positive, particularly noting its composed ride quality, which handles even the bigger bumps with ease. The engine, though not the quickest, is refined and calibrated for better fuel efficiency, making it a practical choice. The extensive feature list, including the i3S technology for improved mileage, is another significant advantage. However, there are some minor gripes, such as the polarising rear design and the small underseat storage area. Overall, the Destini 125 offers a balanced package of comfort, performance, and features, making it a worthy consideration for anyone looking for a reliable family scooter.
Price
The pricing of the Hero Destini 125 is competitive and appealing. The LX variant starts at around Rs 54,650 (ex-showroom, Delhi), while the VX variant is priced at Rs 57,500 (ex-showroom, Delhi). When you factor in the on-road costs, including registration, insurance, and other charges, the prices would likely be in the range of Rs 65,000 to Rs 70,000, depending on the state and local taxes. Given the features, performance, and overall value it offers, the Destini 125 is priced very attractively, making it a strong contender in its segment.
New Hero Destini 125 on road price is around Rs 93,775.

It's very good when it comes to performance and also I think the mileage provided by this scooter is also amazing. There are no such big grievances about this scooter. The seating at the back is also something to be appreciated. The only issue with this scooter that I have found so far is that it doesn't have any side stand that actually degrades the experience, this needs to be taken into consideration by the makers.
