Our take on this /// Verdict
The Global Auto Rock 100 is a budget-friendly motorcycle that targets the economically conscious buyer in India. While it offers an attractive price point, the overall package is marred by several shortcomings. The build quality, though not terrible, feels flimsy, particularly with the fuel tank and side panels. The engine, a 97.20 cc 4-stroke single cylinder unit, produces modest power and torque, which is adequate for city commuting but lacks the punch for anything more demanding. The braking system, consisting of mechanical expanding shoe and drum type brakes, is basic and may not inspire confidence. However, for those prioritizing affordability and fuel efficiency, the Rock 100 could still be a viable option, albeit with some compromises on performance and build quality.
Price
The Global Auto Rock 100 is positioned as one of the most affordable motorcycles in the Indian market. The ex-showroom price for this model is typically around the lower end of the budget segment, often quoted in the range of Rs. 40,000 to Rs. 50,000, depending on the region and any local taxes. On-road prices, including registration, insurance, and other costs, can add another Rs. 10,000 to Rs. 15,000, bringing the total to approximately Rs. 50,000 to Rs. 65,000. This pricing makes it an attractive option for first-time buyers or those on a very tight budget, but its crucial to weigh these costs against the overall value and reliability of the vehicle.
Mileage

The Global Auto Rock 100 boasts impressive fuel efficiency, which is a significant selling point for budget-conscious buyers in India. This high mileage can significantly reduce running costs, making it an excellent choice for daily commuters who prioritize fuel efficiency over other aspects.
