BSA Scrambler 650

Monday, 18 November 2024 10:09 AM BSA Motorcycles has unveiled the BSA B65 Scrambler, a new 650cc scrambler based on the BSA Gold Star 650 platform, at the Birmingham Motorcycle Live Show. The bike features a rugged and modern design with a smaller round headlight, a beak-like front fender, and a single-piece seat. It is powered by the same 652cc single-cylinder engine producing 45 bhp and 55 Nm of torque. I think this bike is going to be a strong contender in the scrambler segment.

It is likely to be priced around Rs 3.40 lakh to Rs 3.45 lakh, which is a premium over the BSA Gold Star 650. The bike will compete directly with the Royal Enfield Bear 650 in the Indian market. I believe the pricing will be competitive enough to attract a lot of buyers.

It also features a 19-inch front and 17-inch rear wheel wrapped in Pirelli Scorpion Rally STR tyres. The bike has a higher seat height of 820 mm compared to the Gold Star 650. This setup should provide excellent off-road capabilities.
