Yamaha Majesty S 125
General information and overview
The Yamaha Majesty S 125 is a premium scooter designed with a focus on style and performance. It features a 125cc liquid-cooled 4-stroke engine that delivers 11.8 BHP and 11.6 Nm of torque, paired with a CVT transmission for smooth and efficient power delivery. The scooter boasts a futuristic design with a flat floor and a traditional seating position, making it comfortable for urban rides. However, its low ground clearance of 93 mm makes it less suitable for Indias rough roads. It also includes features like a large under-seat storage and a comfortable riding position, although long-distance comfort is a concern. Overall, its a powerful and stylish scooter best suited for urban commuting in regions with smoother road conditions.
Expert opinion and recommendation
The Yamaha Majesty S 125 is a sleek and powerful scooter that stands out with its futuristic design and robust performance. However, its suitability for the Indian market is somewhat limited due to its low ground clearance of 93 mm, which can be a significant issue on Indias often rough roads. The scooter is powered by a 125cc liquid-cooled 4-stroke engine, producing 11.8 BHP and 11.6 Nm of torque, making it quite capable for urban commuting. While it offers a comfortable ride with its flat floor and traditional seating position, long-distance travel can be uncomfortable, particularly for the riders back. Overall, its a great option for those who prioritize style and performance in urban settings but may not be the best choice for those who frequently encounter rough terrain.

Pricing details and changes
The Yamaha Majesty S 125, if it were to be available in India, would likely be priced in the premium scooter segment. However, since it is not currently sold in India, we can only speculate based on its global pricing. Typically, such scooters fall in the range of 1.2 to 1.5 lakhs ex-showroom. Adding state-specific taxes, registration, and other costs, the on-road price could range from 1.5 to 1.8 lakhs. This pricing reflects its premium features, powerful engine, and advanced design, making it a costly but high-quality option for those willing to invest in a top-tier scooter.
Fuel efficiency information
The mileage of the Yamaha Majesty S 125 is expected to be around 40-50 kmpl in urban conditions, given its 125cc engine and CVT transmission. This is relatively standard for scooters in this segment. However, actual mileage can vary based on riding conditions, maintenance, and driving habits. For users concerned about running costs, this scooter offers a balance between performance and fuel efficiency, though it may not be the most economical option available.

Professional reviews and expert opinions on Yamaha Majesty S 125
Yamaha is known for the elegance shown by its products and every premium offering has its own unique charm for the riders. Yamaha Majesty is a 125 cc scooter, which from its first look, seems to be a large engine power scooter. It has a very futuristic design, with its awesome styling and a huge attitude.
Yamaha Majesty is the best looking scooter in the segment, while covering each and every feature of a scooter and a motorcycle. It’s huge at the front, the windshield being the biggest attraction out of all the glass present there. The view at the back may feel more like a muscle bike's rear end with a race inspired exhaust perfectly sitting on the right side. Alloy wheels seem perfect on the Majesty, with a step up seat for a better seating experience.
The engine work in the Majesty is handled by a 125 cc motor, producing 11.8 BHP @ 7500 rpm and 11.6 NM @ 7000 rpm. The engine has a fuel injection system for much refined performance and a liquid cooling system for a much better cooling procedure. V-belt automatic transmission has been used in the scooter with a placement of a 7.4 litre fuel tank for the machine. The Majesty 125 weighs 148 kg and with a ground clearance of just 93 mm, it seems to be impossible to be driven on our Indian roads. Yamaha India has no plans for the launch of this fabulous machine and if ever launched, it will be priced around INR 70,000. The features it houses would make it a super fair deal, but everything will be possible if it is raised to some safe height for the Indian use.

What is the price of Yamaha Majesty 125 in India?
Looks Great. Should be a comfortable bike for city use, given the length of the bike and the seat contour. A minimum mileage of 30 to 35 kms per litre in city and a price below 70k should make this Scooterette a grand success.
Just waiting for the launch of 125. Saw the 400 cc. Even that would have been a sure success in students & fresh employee segment. Any ways hope i would be one of the first few to book the 125
Can any one tell me the price of Majesty 125?
