Our take on this /// Verdict
The TVS iQube S is a highly commendable electric scooter for those looking for a reliable and comfortable commuting solution in India. Its outstanding ride quality, which effortlessly handles bad roads and bumps, makes it a joy to ride, even with a pillion. The scooters refinement and quiet operation are notable, with excellent NVH levels and a well-laid-out instrument cluster. However, there are some drawbacks, such as the strong regenerative braking that can feel abrupt, and the heating issue that affects performance in hot weather. Despite these, the iQube S remains a top choice for its balance of performance, range, and value. It is particularly suitable for city duties, although those needing more range might want to consider the iQube ST variant.
Price
The TVS iQube S is priced competitively in the Indian market. The ex-showroom price in Delhi is around 1.04 lakh, which includes the FAME II subsidy. On-road prices can vary slightly depending on the state and local taxes, but in Mumbai, for instance, the on-road price is approximately 1.16 lakh. This pricing makes the iQube S an attractive option for those seeking an affordable electric scooter without compromising on quality and features. The value-for-money aspect is a significant selling point, especially when compared to other electric scooters like the Ather 450X and Bajaj Chetak.
TVS iQube S on road price is Rs 1.29 lakh with subsidy in Delhi, Rs 1.47 lakh with subsidy in Mumbai, Rs 1.46 lakh with subsidy in Kolkata and Rs 1.47 lakh with subsidy in Chennai. The prices mentioned here are approximate and we suggest you contact your nearest TVS dealership to get the exact on-road price quote in your city.

Wednesday, 09 October 2024 02:46 PM TVS Motor has launched the TVS iQube Celebration Edition, a special variant of the iQube S, to mark Indias 78th Independence Day. This edition features a unique dual-tone color scheme of black and orange and is limited to 1000 units. The Celebration Edition retains the same specifications as the standard iQube S, including a 3.4 kWh battery pack and a range of 100 km. I think this limited edition will attract a lot of attention for its sleek design and exclusive nature.
Friday, 07 June 2024 11:32 AM TVS Motor has announced a recall for certain TVS iQube models manufactured between July and September 2023 to inspect and repair a potential chassis issue. This move follows a customer complaint about frame breakage, which was highlighted on social media. The recall ensures the safety and reliability of the iQube S and other variants. I think this proactive step by TVS demonstrates their commitment to customer safety and satisfaction.
Tuesday, 31 October 2023 05:17 PM TVS iQube has surpassed the 2 lakh units sales milestone in India, achieved within 45 months since its launch in January 2020. This milestone highlights the growing acceptance of electric scooters in the Indian market. The iQube S, with its 3.4 kWh battery and features like regenerative braking and voice assist, has been a significant contributor to this success. I believe this achievement is a strong indicator of the future growth of electric mobility in India.
Wednesday, 28 June 2023 09:36 PM TVS Motor has collaborated with Zomato to deploy 10,000 iQube electric scooters over two years, marking a significant step in promoting electric mobility for last-mile delivery. I think this initiative is a great example of how electric scooters can be integrated into daily operations, contributing to a more sustainable future.
Thursday, 01 June 2023 12:09 PM The TVS iQube S has seen a price revision following the drop in FAME-II subsidy. The on-road price of the iQube S in Delhi now starts at Rs. 1.46 lakh, with prices varying depending on the city and state. Despite the price hike, the iQube S remains a competitive option in the electric scooter market. I believe the features and performance of the iQube S justify the price, making it a good choice for those looking for an electric scooter.
Mileage
Monday, 18 November 2024 05:13 PM The mileage of the TVS iQube S is a critical factor for potential buyers, and it generally delivers on its promises. TVS claims a riding range of 100 km in Eco mode and 75 km in Power mode, and real-world tests have shown these figures to be quite believable. However, actual range can vary based on several factors such as the weight of the rider, tyre pressure, and the number of flyovers in your route. In practical use, the scooter has shown consistent range readings, with some users reporting up to 105 km on a full charge in Eco mode. This consistency helps in building confidence and reducing range anxiety. Ex Showroom Price vs On Road Price Ex-Showroom Price is the Manufacturing Cost of the vehicle + Dealer/Seller Profit + GST (Goods and Service Tax) + Transportation Charges (from the manufacturing plant to the dealership). On the other hand, the On-Road Price is the actual cost you pay to the dealership to make the vehicle legal to run on the roads. It includes Ex-Showroom Price in your city + RTO Charges (Vehicle Registration) + One Time Road Tax + Insurance Charges. The On-Road Price also includes some optional things like if you opt for Genuine Accessories and Extended Warranty while buying a vehicle. Please note that the On-Road Price varies a lot across different states in India due to different percentage for the State Registration Charges.

Bad

I gave an iqube electric vehicle for service on Sunday and they were going to give the vehicle in 2 days i.E. They were going to give the vehicle for servicing on Tuesday but even after 4 days, the vehicle has not been serviced. Now the vehicles have been taken for service in front of me. And I am standing waiting for 1 hour. The vehicle has not been serviced yet.
Your service is very bad. The rate of vehicle charging has been fixed, the rate is fine, but there is no problem, but how much charging will be done in 1 hour? And put in so much. I don't like your service.
Seriously, your service is very bad, I am not happy with your service.

Look wise it is a very good and decent like Activa or Jupiter. Very nice look of the dashboard screen. Shows accurate battery and speed indicator. It has 2 modes of speed eco and power. Eco mode provides a speed limit of 50km/hr and power mode gives 75+ km/hr
