Triumph Motorcycles has announced the launch of the updated Speed Twin 900 for 2025, featuring a major styling refresh, an upgraded chassis, and new technology. The bike now has upside-down forks, a new aluminum swingarm, and piggy-back rear suspension units, enhancing its dynamic handling and sportier style. The 900cc Bonneville twin engine provides 64 bhp and 80 Nm of torque. I think these updates will make the Speed Twin 900 a compelling choice for riders seeking both classic charm and modern performance.

Triumph’s Chief Product Officer, Steve Sargent, highlighted that the new Speed Twin 900’s styling has evolved to be sleeker and more dynamic while retaining classic design cues. The bike’s chassis changes and new technology aim to make it more agile and easier to maneuver. Sargent emphasized the importance of customer feedback in shaping these updates. I believe this attention to customer needs will pay off in terms of customer satisfaction.

The 2025 Speed Twin 900 features a new, sportier fuel tank with deeply sculpted side panels and stylized throttle body covers. The engine casings are leaner, and the silencer is shorter, contributing to a more contemporary look. The bike also offers more than 120 Genuine Triumph Accessories for customization. I think the design tweaks will appeal to riders looking for a stylish and customizable bike.

Triumph has confirmed that the new Speed Twin 900 will be available in dealerships from February 2025. The bike is powered by a 900cc high-torque Bonneville twin engine, providing 64 bhp and 80 Nm of torque. It also features high-specification components and the latest rider technology for a comfortable and engaging ride. I believe the wait will be worth it for fans of the Speed Twin series.

Ex Showroom Price vs On Road Price | Ex-Showroom Price is the Manufacturing Cost of the vehicle + Dealer/Seller Profit + GST (Goods and Service Tax) + Transportation Charges (from the manufacturing plant to the dealership). On the other hand, the On-Road Price is the actual cost you pay to the dealership to make the vehicle legal to run on the roads. It includes Ex-Showroom Price in your city + RTO Charges (Vehicle Registration) + One Time Road Tax + Insurance Charges. The On-Road Price also includes some optional things like if you opt for Genuine Accessories and Extended Warranty while buying a vehicle. Please note that the On-Road Price varies a lot across different states in India due to different percentage for the State Registration Charges. |
