Latest Updates
Wednesday, 13 November 2024 06:33 PM The 2024 Honda CB650R and CBR650R were unveiled at EICMA 2023, showcasing significant updates, including a new E-Clutch system that allows riders to shift gears without using the clutch lever. This system also prevents the bike from stalling when coming to a complete halt. The bikes also feature revised cosmetics, such as a new tank design and LED headlamps. I think this E-Clutch technology is a game-changer for mid-displacement motorcycles.
Wednesday, 08 November 2023 10:51 AM Honda has announced that the updated 2024 CB650R and CBR650R will be launched in India sometime next year, likely through their Big Wing network. These models will retain their inline-four cylinder engines producing 86 bhp and 57.5 Nm of torque for the Indian market. The bikes will also come with new styling elements, including a redesigned tail section and new LED lighting. I believe the wait will be worth it, given the enhanced features and design.
Tuesday, 07 November 2023 01:33 PM The 2024 Honda CB650R and CBR650R will offer several color options, with the CB650R available in four dual-tone schemes and the CBR650R in two color options. Additionally, Honda will provide accessory packs for these models, such as the Racing and Comfort kits, which include items like a quickshifter, heated grips, and storage bags. I think these customization options will appeal to a wide range of riders.
Tuesday, 07 November 2023 08:59 AM The updated 2024 Honda CB650R and CBR650R feature improved braking hardware, including dual 310mm discs at the front and a single 240mm disc at the rear, along with dual-channel ABS. They also come equipped with a 5-inch TFT instrument panel and phone connectivity. I believe these safety and tech upgrades will make these bikes more attractive to potential buyers.
Tuesday, 07 November 2023 01:58 PM Hondas decision to introduce the E-Clutch system in the 2024 CB650R and CBR650R adds about 2 kilograms to the weight of the motorcycles but offers the convenience of both manual and automatic clutch operation. This feature, combined with the existing dual-channel ABS and Honda Selectable Torque Control, enhances the riding experience significantly. I think this balance between technology and manual control is a smart move by Honda.
Mileage
Tuesday, 19 November 2024 04:14 AM When it comes to mileage, the Honda CB650R is reasonably efficient for a performance-oriented bike. Honda claims a mileage of 20 kmpl, which is respectable given the bikes 648.72cc engine and its performance capabilities. In real-world conditions, this mileage can vary based on riding style, road conditions, and traffic. However, for a bike that can accelerate from 0-100 kmph in around 3.5 seconds and reach a top speed of approximately 225 kmph, the mileage is quite satisfactory. For those who plan to use the CB650R for both daily commuting and occasional long rides, the fuel economy should not be a major concern. I own the cb650r for only a few days. The bike is really fantastic I used to ride a Yamaha and I was happy with it until I decided to change to the Honda. The sit-high is a little bit too high for me but I am getting used to it. The engine is very strong and always surprises me. It's very comfortable on long drives. I did 1000 Km in the first week. I think that the fuel consumption is good enough for the size of the bike, weight, and power delivered. The finish of the work is very high and I think that the look of it is superb!

Best Features: Powerful Engine

Pros: Looks is Good

Cons: Seat height little Bit too high
