General information and overview

The Bajaj Pulsar 135 LS is a sporty and efficient motorcycle designed to balance performance and economy. It features a 134.66 cc, 4-valve, single-cylinder engine that produces 13.5 BHP 9000 RPM and 11.4 Nm of torque 7500 RPM. The bike is known for its agile handling, good stability on highways and city roads, and impressive braking performance, thanks to its front disc brake and rear drum brake. The suspension, including telescopic front forks and Nitrox-assisted rear shocks, provides a comfortable ride even on rough Indian roads. However, the bikes comfort is compromised by its hard seats, which can be uncomfortable for long journeys. The design is sleek with a razor-sharp tail section and LED tail light, but it lacks some modern features like a side stand indicator and self-canceling turn indicators. Overall, the Pulsar 135 LS is a solid choice for those seeking a performance-oriented yet fuel-efficient motorcycle for daily use.

Our Verdict

Expert opinion and recommendation

The Bajaj Pulsar 135 LS is a versatile and performance-oriented motorcycle that caters well to the needs of Indian riders. Its design is inclined towards being nimble and agile, making it a joy to navigate through city traffic and corners alike. The bike boasts an aggressive look and a dominant feel, which is a significant draw for those who value aesthetics and performance. However, it has some drawbacks, such as hard seats that can be uncomfortable for long journeys and a smaller fuel tank. Despite these, the bikes stability, handling, and braking performance are commendable. Regular servicing is necessary, but it is not overly expensive. Overall, the Pulsar 135 LS is a good choice for daily commuting and occasional highway rides, especially for those who prioritize performance and fuel efficiency.

Am Getting 28 KMPL

Summary

I have a brand new pulsar 135cc and at 552 KM, I refilled the full tank fuel in my bike
I have a brand new pulsar 135cc and at 552 KM, I refilled the full tank fuel in my bike; that was just after 1st service and after 760KM again refilled for full tank and required fuel was 7.32 Liters; So mileage is 760-552=208KM and 208/7.32= 28KM per liter ;; is it a normal thing to get such a low mileage for a new engine. Also when I fully refilled my tank 1st time, Petrol pump boy filled 8.45 Liters even there was some fuel in reserve and bike was also running properly so there was around one liter in tank that time … is it possible ??????? OR That's a trick played by pump boy????

Good for Speed Lovers

Summary

I purchased my Pulsar in February 2015. It is different from other Pulsar or we can say it has its own style and looks. The riding position is comfortable with slightly slant riding posture.
I purchased my Pulsar in February 2015. It is different from other Pulsar or we can say it has its own style and looks. The riding position is comfortable with slightly slant riding posture. In beginning, I felt pain in my wrist and back because of its posture but now I m used to it. The pillion seat is a bit uncomfortable, So I avoid long journeys. While on the braking and performance matters, there is no question. It returns 60 kmpl mileage too. Overall, I can say its a good options for performance lovers but if your are looking for commuting bike, you are at wrong place brother.

I own a black Bajaj Pulsar 135 LS. It is undoubtedly a stylish bike which is the most agile Pulsar variant from Bajaj. I have a attained a top speed of 107 km/hr and it offered amazing control and confident ride. It has good control in traffic and I have done many long trips on highways and the motorcycle remained stable. The seating position is pretty much upright and I find it perfect for city commute. The pillion seat is also very comfortable, none of my friends who have sat behind me ever complained about any backache. One minor complaint I have is regarding the smaller fuel tank. Otherwise, it is an economic, powerful and stylish fighter with good features and specifications.

Should You Buy It?
Bajaj Pulsar 135 LS is certainly the only one of its kind in India. It packs performance and mileage in one perfect go, leaving everyone stunned with its impressive acceleration in city rides.
Vehicle Overview
Bajaj Pulsar 135 LS is the most affordable and entry level Pulsar in the lineup, sharing its engine with the once selling XCD 135. The motorcycle is good for 13.3 BHP and 11.4 Nm of torque while weighs just 121 kg with fuel. Indian automobile market has no other bike within the same engine segment while it is sometimes compared with the entry level 150cc commuter bikes due to its power values. It is currently undergoing a 2017 year transformation and the current shade scheme is shared with all other DTS-i Pulsars in the lineup. The Nuclear Blue shade looks really attractive on the youngest Pulsar.

Bajaj Pulsar 135 LS is the latest bike to join the Pulsar range, it features a 135cc DTS-i 4-valve engine.Bajaj Pulsar 135 LS features the same headlight as seen in the XCD Sprint Concept shown at the Auto Expo, 2008 in New Delhi. Bajaj Auto has refreshed the Pulsar 135 LS with rear tyre hugger in place of the full rear wheel mud guard and the addition of O-ring chain with half chain covers. The O-ring chain is less on maintenance with higher resistance to moisture and dust. Like the elder siblings of Pulsar, Bajaj Auto has given the 2017 treatment to the Pulsar 135. It is now available in new shades with all-new graphics and the engine has also been updated the meet the BSIV emission norms. So does this bike stand out from the crowd?
