The ride quality is enhanced by a dual-cradle frame, telescopic front suspension, and gas-charged rear shock absorbers, making it comfortable for both city and highway riding. Expert opinion and recommendation
The Bajaj Discover 100T is a standout in the 100cc segment, offering a unique blend of performance, comfort, and fuel efficiency. With its 102cc, 4-valve engine and DTS-i technology, this bike delivers a class-leading 10.2 PS of peak power, making it one of the most powerful bikes in its class. The five-speed gearbox and smooth clutch operation enhance the riding experience, especially on highways where it can achieve a top speed of 110 kmh. The ride quality is plush, thanks to the dual-cradle frame and gas-charged rear shock absorbers, making it comfortable for long rides. However, some users have reported issues with mileage not meeting the promised figures, and the service experience from authorized centers has been a mixed bag. Overall, the Discover 100T is a reliable and efficient choice for daily commuters and occasional long-distance riders, but potential buyers should be aware of the potential mileage discrepancies.

Pricing details and changes

The ex-showroom price in Mumbai was around Rs. 50,500, while the on-road price, including all taxes and registration fees, was approximately Rs. 56,850. This pricing positioned the Discover 100T as a value-for-money option, given its advanced features and performance. Fuel efficiency information
The mileage of the Bajaj Discover 100T is a critical factor for potential buyers. While Bajaj claimed a fuel efficiency of 65-70 kmpl, real-world tests and user reviews suggest that actual mileage can vary. In city conditions, users have reported mileage ranging from 50-60 kmpl, while on highways, it can improve to around 65-70 kmpl if ridden efficiently. This variability means that while the Discover 100T is generally fuel-efficient, it may not always meet the promised figures, which is something to consider when evaluating running costs.
