How does the Shotgun 650 compare to other bikes of its price?
13 January 2025 09:28
I feel it is short of something like the Kawasaki Z650. Heavier, not as sporty, and less power. It’s got a totally different character though, so it depends on what you’re after.
Is the Shotgun 650 too expensive for what it is?
13 January 2025 09:28
It's only overpriced if you are comparing specs on paper. The style and experience is what Shotgun is all about and its harder to quantify. It’s worth every rupee for the right buyer.
Is the Shotgun 650 a gimmicky bobber, or custom bike true and through?
13 January 2025 09:28
I think you call it a legit custom bike. The three variants are designed with actual custom builders in mind, and Royal Enfield worked with them to create the bike. It's not one off, however, it's much more custom than their standard models.
Is the Shotgun 650's handling better or worse than other Royal Enfield models?
13 January 2025 09:28
It’s a bit of an issue weight wise for me. The handling is noticeably affected by the fact it's significantly heavier than the Interceptor, especially at speeds because of that. Once you're moving though it's pretty smooth.
Is the Shotgun 650's single seat practical?
13 January 2025 09:28
I actually like the single seat. This makes me enjoy solo rides and the freedom that goes with it. Also, it’s a perfect excuse when someone asks you to give him a ride!
Can the Shotgun 350 make as big a splash on the road as its bigger cruisers?
13 January 2025 09:22
In India, there is always a reason to whip out your camera when you see a Royal Enfield. It will be no different than the Shotgun.
Is the detachable rear seat on the Shotgun 350 just a gimmick or is it actually practical?
13 January 2025 09:22
It's pretty cool. Have your cake and eat it too - solo style when you want, pillion ready when you need.
Will the traditional Royal Enfield fans be alienated by the Shotgun 350’s more aggressive styling?
13 January 2025 09:22
But as long as it rides like an Enfield, and has been built well, the diehards will come around.
Is the Royal Enfield Shotgun 350 just a Classic 350 in different clothes?
13 January 2025 09:22
The Shotgun has that factory custom look. It’s for people who like the mod aesthetic, but don’t want to deal with it.
How comfortable will the mini ape hanger handlebars of the Shotgun 350 be for long rides?
13 January 2025 09:22
It could work well for city rides, but if I were touring I’d be looking for something else.
