How comfortable will the mini ape hanger handlebars of the Shotgun 350 be for long rides?
The Royal Enfield Shotgun 350 has distinctive mini ape hanger handlebars, something that you don’t see on most Royal Enfield models. These handlebars look great on the bike, and as part of the bobber aesthetic, they do raise some concerns about comfort and ergonomics for longer rides. Riders have differing views on whether or not this kind of handlebar offers a more relaxed riding position or whether it could lead to fatigue over long road miles. This handlebar configuration is often part of the debate around the trade offs between style and function in motorcycle design, and whether different body types and riding preferences may be affected by such a configuration.

You’ll have great leverage in tight spots with those bars. Might be worth the trade-off.

It's a bobber, not a tourer. If you want comfort, you’re not looking at the right bike.

It could work well for city rides, but if I were touring I’d be looking for something else.

They're not full apes so it shouldn't be too bad. Might even help with posture.

It depends on what you prefer. Apes are also the long hauler’s choice for some.
