How are Fronx interiors better than or at par with Hyundai Venue or Kia Sonet?
31 December 2024 07:55
Maruti has really stepped up their game with the Fronx I think. However, the interior does feel a lot more premium than older Marutis, though it isn’t quite at Hyundai’s level.
How are Fronx interiors better than or at par with Hyundai Venue or Kia Sonet?
31 December 2024 07:55
I have sat in all three and my opinion would be that the Venue and Sonet still have an edge. It’s just that the materials feel a bit more plush, especially in the top trims.
How are Fronx interiors better than or at par with Hyundai Venue or Kia Sonet?

For its price point, the Fronx interior is perfectly fine. It’s not going to be as flashy as the Korean cars, but it’s functional and well put together.
How are Fronx interiors better than or at par with Hyundai Venue or Kia Sonet?
31 December 2024 07:55
The Fronx’s design is actually cleaner and simpler and that’s what I prefer. Sometimes the Venue and Sonet interiors feel a bit busy and overdone.
How are Fronx interiors better than or at par with Hyundai Venue or Kia Sonet?

I’m a Fronx owner and the quality is impressive. It’s not luxury car level, but it doesn’t feel cheap or flimsy. The touchpoints are nice.
How are Fronx interiors better than or at par with Hyundai Venue or Kia Sonet?
31 December 2024 07:55
While the Fronx definitely loses the wow factor to the Koreans, I think the interior is a little more ergonomic and easier to live with day to day.
How are Fronx interiors better than or at par with Hyundai Venue or Kia Sonet?

Then let’s be real, Maruti still has some catching up to do. Hyundai and Kia are still ahead in perceived quality, but the Fronx is better than before.
How are Fronx interiors better than or at par with Hyundai Venue or Kia Sonet?

It depends on what you value, I think. If you want lots of features and a techy feel, go Korean. The Fronx works great if you like simplicity and ease of use.
Is the Ciaz still relevant in an SUV dominated market?
31 December 2024 07:45
Absolutely! The Ciaz is still super relevant. Not everyone wants to drive around city traffic in a bulky SUV. Comfortable, fuel efficient and great for long highway drives. Plus, you can park in a much smaller space than those big SUVs.
Is the Ciaz still relevant in an SUV dominated market?
31 December 2024 07:45
No, the Ciaz is old now. SUVs give better visibility, better ground clearance and more practicality. If they are not going to give it a major update, then Maruti should focus on their SUV lineup.
Is the Ciaz still relevant in an SUV dominated market?
31 December 2024 07:45
Depends on your needs I think. If you don’t need the extra space and you are mostly driving in the city, the Ciaz still is a great option. And running it is more affordable than most SUVs.
Is the Ciaz still relevant in an SUV dominated market?
31 December 2024 07:45
If Maruti had given the Ciaz some serious updates, it could still be relevant. So, add some modern tech, improve the safety features and maybe give it a hybrid powertrain. For those who don’t want to get on the SUV band wagon, it could be a great alternative.
Is the Ciaz still relevant in an SUV dominated market?
31 December 2024 07:45
Being a Ciaz owner myself, it is still very much relevant. It’s so smooth on highways and the backseat space is amazing. While SUVs are in fashion, nothing can beat a well designed sedan for comfort.
Would a strong hybrid powertrain option from Maruti Suzuki be a good idea in the Ciaz?
31 December 2024 07:45
Absolutely! It would be amazing to have a strong hybrid Ciaz. It could easily compete with the City e:They offer killer fuel efficiency, and also HEV. If they made it, I'd definitely be considering buying one.
Would a strong hybrid powertrain option from Maruti Suzuki be a good idea in the Ciaz?
31 December 2024 07:45
I don't think it's necessary. For most users, the current mild hybrid system is good enough. They'd just create a more expensive and complicated thing to maintain.
Would a strong hybrid powertrain option from Maruti Suzuki be a good idea in the Ciaz?
31 December 2024 07:45
It's a tough call. The Ciaz is great for efficiency, but a strong hybrid would price it out of the current segment. The pricing would have to be taken care of by Maruti.
Would a strong hybrid powertrain option from Maruti Suzuki be a good idea in the Ciaz?
31 December 2024 07:45
I would love to see a strong hybrid Ciaz as long as Maruti can keep the price reasonable. If they can do it all – performance, efficiency, and cost – it could be a game changer.
Would a strong hybrid powertrain option from Maruti Suzuki be a good idea in the Ciaz?
31 December 2024 07:45
Why not? This would make the Ciaz have a unique selling point in its segment. And with fuel prices rising all the time, the long term savings could make up for the higher initial cost.
Is the Ciaz’s soft suspension setup a blessing or a curse?
31 December 2024 07:45
The suspension is soft and perfect for Indian roads. It takes in all the bumps and is so comfortable on long drives. I wouldn't change it for the world.
Is the Ciaz’s soft suspension setup a blessing or a curse?
31 December 2024 07:45
I think it's a bit too soft. It’s comfy, sure, but it doesn’t give you much confidence when you’re driving fast or taking corners. I think a slightly stiffer setup would be better.
