Is the Ciaz’s soft suspension setup a blessing or a curse?
31 December 2024 07:45
That's a boon for most Ciaz buyers. After all, who is buying this car most likely isn't looking for sporty handling, but for comfort. The soft suspension makes for great every day and family trips.
Is the Ciaz’s soft suspension setup a blessing or a curse?
31 December 2024 07:45
I only wish Maruti had two suspension options to choose from - one soft for comfort, and one stiffer for those who want more engagement. Best of both worlds!
Is the Ciaz’s soft suspension setup a blessing or a curse?
31 December 2024 07:45
The soft suspension is fine, but I think Maruti can tweak it a bit and get rid of body roll without compromising too much comfort. It’s all about getting the right mix.
Is the Ciaz in need of a major interior overhaul to stay competitive?
31 December 2024 07:45
Definitely! Now the Ciaz's interior is way too outdated. To compete with newer cars, it needs a bigger touchscreen, a digital cluster and better materials.
Is the Ciaz in need of a major interior overhaul to stay competitive?
31 December 2024 07:45
I don’t think it needs a major overhaul. The current interior is functional, and spacious. It’s just going to drive the price up by adding too many fancy features.
Is the Ciaz in need of a major interior overhaul to stay competitive?

A mild refresh would be good. Perhaps it could receive some modern touches, maybe updated infotainment, but keep the simplicity, but the practicality.
Is the Ciaz in need of a major interior overhaul to stay competitive?
31 December 2024 07:45
The Ciaz interior desperately needs an update. The cabin feels old and that’s why it’s losing out to competitors, not because of performance or space.
Is the Ciaz in need of a major interior overhaul to stay competitive?
31 December 2024 07:45
I like the current interior. It's simple, easy to use without the unnecessary complications. Not everyone wants a spaceship dashboard.
Is the Ciaz in need of a major interior overhaul to stay competitive?
31 December 2024 07:45
But a major overhaul could help, as long as Maruti doesn't price it out of its segment. A premium variant with all the bells and whistles maybe?
Is the Ciaz in need of a major interior overhaul to stay competitive?
31 December 2024 07:45
It is ok inside but they could marginally up conform materials. It would go a long way to making it feel more premium, better plastics and upholstery.
Should Maruti Suzuki create a performance version of Ciaz?
31 December 2024 07:45
Hell yeah! An awesome Ciaz Sport with a turbo engine. This could really shake up the segment and give VW group cars something to worry about.
Should Maruti Suzuki create a performance version of Ciaz?
31 December 2024 07:45
No, I don't think it suits the Ciaz. They buy it for comfort and efficiency, not performance. Instead, Maruti should concentrate in improving those aspects.
Should Maruti Suzuki create a performance version of Ciaz?
31 December 2024 07:45
But it would be cool, I don't think Maruti would do it. They’re more interested in mass market appeal and fuel efficiency. That doesn’t fit their strategy for a performance Ciaz.
Should Maruti Suzuki create a performance version of Ciaz?
31 December 2024 07:45
I would love to see a performance Ciaz, if Maruti can keep it affordable. If it's going to cost as much as the European competitors then there's no point in making it.
Should Maruti Suzuki create a performance version of Ciaz?
31 December 2024 07:45
Why not? The Ciaz line could have a great halo product. It might not sell in huge numbers, but it could help the image of the car in general.
Should Maruti Suzuki create a performance version of Ciaz?
31 December 2024 07:45
In my opinion Maruti should consider this. With some tweaks, the Ciaz has great bones, and could be a fun driver's car. It would show that Maruti can do more than economy cars, plus.
Should Maruti Suzuki create a performance version of Ciaz?
31 December 2024 07:45
The regular Ciaz could do with an improvement first, but a performance variant would be nice. The need is better NVH, more features and updated styling.
Does the Baleno's fuel efficiency really play up to the hype in the real world?
31 December 2024 07:39
On highways, the Baleno’s fuel efficiency is pretty close to what Maruti claims, at least in my experience. On long trips, I get around 20-21 kmpl which is very impressive.
Does the Baleno's fuel efficiency really play up to the hype in the real world?
31 December 2024 07:39
I have no idea what these guys are talking about. In city traffic with AC on, my Baleno barely gives 14 - 15 kmpl. It’s good, not as great as Maruti makes it sound.
Does the Baleno's fuel efficiency really play up to the hype in the real world?
31 December 2024 07:39
It really depends on your driving style, I think. I've gotten good at driving efficiently and can get good mileage. Smooth acceleration and anticipating traffic is all.
