It's surprisingly spacious! It really makes the most of interior room with its boxy design. For short trips I have no problem fitting four adults comfortably.

The back is pretty cramped, but the front seats are fine. It’s fine for kids, but adults will have a hard time on longer journeys.

People expect too much from such a small car, I think. Given its size, the Ignis does a great job in space management.

Legroom is definitely compromised, but the headroom is impressive. That’s just a trade off you have to accept when you get a car this small.

Being a tall person, I find the Ignis more comfortable than many larger models. It really makes a difference with the high roof.

It’s there, but it’s not being used well. Its shape is awkward, making it impractical.

The large windows and high seating positon make it feel spacious but in the end the dimensions are pretty tight.

It's more than enough room for a single person or a couple. The limitations are obvious, however, as soon as you try to use it as a family car.

Absolutely! In city driving, the Ignis is a blast. It’s small and peppy enough to zip through traffic and park in tight spots.

It is fun, but only so far. Once you're out on the highway, it feels a little unstable and the wind noise gets pretty loud.

I think people confuse easy to drive with fun to drive. It’s sure easy to maneuver, but the handling department is not very exciting.

If you've never ridden an Ignis before, I can tell you it's way more fun than you'd expect. With a light weight it feels nimble and the engine has a surprising amount of punch in such a small engine.

It's all relative. If you come from bigger, more powerful car, you might be disappointed. It's pretty sporty for a first time driver or someone used to basic hatchbacks.

It’s really all up to the variant you go with. The manual is convenient, but it removes some of the engagement you get with the AMT version.

I'd have to say that it's fun its own way. It’s not a hot hatch, but there’s something fun about seeing how far you can push such a small car.

Infotainment wise, the Grand Vitara is decent, but not special. It works but isn’t as polished as Hyundai or Kia systems.

I actually find Maruti's simpler approach better. It's easy to use and has no unnecessary bloat. Not everyone wants a tech overload in their car.

The screen can be bigger and higher resolution. There's nothing wrong with it, but it seems a bit dated compared to what you get in some rivals. Here, Maruti needs to up their game.

But for most users, the Grand Vitara’s system is more than adequate. It has all the necessary features and it works great. What more do you need?

It’s a big miss that there’s no wireless Android Auto or Apple CarPlay. This is becoming the norm in this segment and Maruti should have offered it.
