Our take on this /// Verdict
The TVS Star City Plus, even in its Spoke Kick variant, is a robust and reliable commuter motorcycle that has garnered a strong following in India. From my perspective, this bike excels in several key areas. It offers smooth performance, great fuel efficiency, and a comfortable ride, making it perfect for daily commuting. The bikes design, though not flashy, is clean and decent, with a strong road presence enhanced by its high-gloss finish and minimalistic chrome accents. However, some users have reported issues such as cold start problems, rear wheel wobbling, and the need for better braking performance. Despite these minor drawbacks, the TVS Star City Plus remains a great option for those seeking a dependable and economical commuter bike.
Price
The TVS Star City Plus Spoke Kick variant is priced competitively in the Indian market. As of recent data, the ex-showroom price for this model is around 65,000 to 70,000, depending on the location and any local taxes. On-road prices, including registration, insurance, and other costs, can range from 75,000 to 85,000. This pricing makes it an attractive option for budget-conscious buyers who are looking for a reliable and affordable commuter motorcycle. The cost-effectiveness, combined with the bikes performance and features, makes it a good value for money.
Mileage
Tuesday, 19 November 2024 05:45 PM When it comes to mileage, the TVS Star City Plus is quite impressive. Users have reported an average mileage of around 55-65 kmpl in city conditions and up to 75 kmpl on highways.
