General information and overview
The TVS Entorq 210 is a concept scooter that has been generating buzz due to its advanced features and robust design. It is built on a new-generation platform and features an all-aluminum engine with fuel injection and liquid cooling, which promises strong performance and efficiency. The scooter boasts a clean and uncluttered design, looking particularly beefy from the front. It is expected to come with a digital instrument cluster, remote keyless entry, and a docking station for smartphones, aligning with modern user expectations. The Entorq 210 will also include features like navigation support via Bluetooth and a single-channel ABS system, enhancing both convenience and safety. With its global ambitions, TVS aims to position this scooter as an aspirational product, not just in India but also in developed markets, making it a significant launch in the scooter segment.
Expert opinion and recommendation
The TVS Entorq 210, although a concept that has garnered significant attention, is yet to be launched in the Indian market. However, based on the specifications and features that have been revealed, it promises to be a robust and feature-rich scooter. The Entorq 210 is built on a new-generation platform, boasting a clean and uncluttered design that looks appealing, especially from the front. It is expected to be powered by an all-aluminum engine with fuel injection and liquid cooling, which suggests strong performance and efficiency. The scooter will also feature advanced technologies like a digital instrument cluster, remote keyless entry, and a docking station for smartphones. While the actual performance and user experience will be determined upon its launch, the Entorq 210 conceptually stands out as a promising addition to the scooter segment in India.
Recent news and announcements
TVS announced that the Entorq 210 is likely to hit the market by early 2017. This premium scooter is anticipated to be priced around Rs. 1.25 lakhs on-road. The launch will mark a significant entry into the premium scooter segment for TVS. I think this scooter could be a game-changer with its advanced features and powerful engine.
The TVS Entorq 210 is powered by an all-aluminum 212.5cc, liquid-cooled engine with fuel injection, mated to an advanced variomatic transmission. The scooter is claimed to have a top speed of 120 km/h and features dual discs with ABS for enhanced safety. This setup makes it one of the most powerful scooters in its class.
The Entorq 210 boasts intelligent smartphone integration with GPS navigation and a TFT multi-function console for internet connectivity. The instrument panel is all digital, and the scooter features an advanced LED lighting system. These features make it a highly tech-savvy option in the scooter market. I believe these features will appeal greatly to tech enthusiasts.
The TVS Entorq 210 is designed with excellent ergonomics, making it suitable for long-distance travel. The scooter has large wheels fitted with radial tubeless tires, enhancing both comfort and safety. This focus on ergonomics sets it apart from other scooters in the market.
The Entorq 210 has a beefy front design and a very sporty stance. The front portion is aerodynamically designed, and the headlamp is embedded within the front fascia with a projector LED lamp. The tail lamp is a sleek LED unit, adding to the scooters premium look.
Pricing details and changes
As the TVS Entorq 210 is still in the conceptual phase and has not been officially launched, there is no definitive pricing information available. However, considering the features and technologies it is expected to come with, it is likely to be positioned as a premium scooter. If we look at the pricing strategy of TVS for their high-end scooters like the Ntorq 125, we can anticipate that the Entorq 210 will be priced competitively in the range of 1.2 to 1.5 lakhs ex-showroom. On-road prices would likely be higher, ranging from 1.4 to 1.7 lakhs, depending on the state and local taxes. This pricing would place it in a segment where it competes with other high-end scooters, offering a balance of performance, features, and value.
Fuel efficiency information
Given that the TVS Entorq 210 is not yet available in the market, mileage figures are speculative. However, considering the engine specifications and the use of fuel injection and liquid cooling, it is expected to offer efficient fuel consumption. Typically, scooters in this segment with similar engine technologies can deliver mileage ranging from 40 to 55 kmpl, depending on riding conditions. For the Entorq 210, a realistic expectation would be around 45-50 kmpl in mixed city and highway riding, which would be competitive and appealing to buyers concerned about running costs.

Expert Verdict
Professional reviews and expert opinions on TVS Entorq 210
TVS Entorq 210 was the best scooter concept at the Auto Expo 2016. No doubt, Burgman 650 was also present but the nearly 1/10th price and its attractive overall design makes it a true head turner in the crowd. Large tyres, Apache inspired alloy wheels and petal disc, slim rear end and a futuristic front design makes the Entorq 210 a must watch machine. The premium touring scooter may get a production version in the near future.

Large tyres, Apache inspired alloy wheels and petal disc, slim rear end and a futuristic front design makes the Entorq 210 a must watch machine. The premium touring scooter may get a production version in the near future.
The front uses a full time LED daytime light along with a nearly semi circle front headlight. An extra long windshield starts from the top of the headlight and makes nearly 40 percent of the front body. Aerodynamically beneficial curves on both left and right side of windshield looks aggressive and would provide better stability while high speed riding. The vision of TVS for the coming future cities and riding styles is completely awesome and can be clearly seen in this innovative Concept.
The scooter is powered by an all aluminum 212.5 cc, 1-cylinder, liquid cooled and fuel injected engine. The power values are yet to be revealed and the company claimed top speed of 120 kmph makes it a good highway cruiser. The advanced Variometric transmission comes mated to the engine, providing a relaxed ride in cities as well as the highways. Entorq 210 Concept is based on an all new lightweight steel chassis with USD telescopic forks at the front and mono-shock at the rear. It would come loaded with ABS and disc brakes.
The feature rich Concept also uses an intelligent smartphone integration for online connectivity and GPS. It uses a car like smart key access and a push start/stop button. The TFT based instrument console would be multifunctional. It is expected to carry a 1 lakh plus price tag when ready for the launch in the country.

My bike is TVS APACHE RTR 200 4V CARB VERSION,once I carried maximum payload on my bike than usual with 2 person on my pillion seat.... should it effect much.. should visit showroom...is it important to concern?? Plzzz tell..... guys(sorry for discussing outer topic....)
driving the bike for long time is more strainful than driving the coming days scooters may hit four lane roads in place of bikes if no mileage difference
My suggestion is provide manual gear transmission for 160to200cc scooters to improve mileage
