I think this is a positive step, as it shows Mahindras commitment to quality.

The Mahindra Stallio was launched with a matte-finish centre panel, adding a two-tone appeal to its design. However, the fit and finish of the bike were areas of concern for some buyers. Despite this, the Stallios unique design elements were appreciated by many. I think the design was a step in the right direction, but quality needed more attention.
