Our take on this /// Verdict
The Mahindra Centuro Rockstar Kick Alloy is a commendable option in the commuter motorcycle segment, especially for those seeking a blend of style, features, and affordability. While it may not excel in every department, its unique design elements, such as the Golden Ribs below the fuel tank and the semi-digital instrument cluster, set it apart from other bikes in its class. The bikes performance is adequate, with a 106.7cc engine producing 8.5PS and 8.5Nm, though it can feel a bit peaky in higher gears. The ride quality is smooth, and the 5-step adjustable rear shock absorbers add to the comfort. However, the lack of ABS or CBS is a notable omission. Overall, its a good choice for daily commuting, especially for those who value its distinctive looks and feature-rich package.
Price
The Mahindra Centuro Rockstar Kick Alloy, although discontinued, had a competitive pricing strategy when it was available. The ex-showroom price typically ranged around 50,000 to 60,000, depending on the region and any local taxes. On-road prices would have been slightly higher, adding registration costs, insurance, and other local levies, which could push the total to around 65,000 to 75,000. Given its feature set and performance, the pricing was quite attractive, making it a good value-for-money proposition for buyers in the commuter segment.

Tuesday, 31 March 2020 11:08 AM Mahindra has discontinued the production of the Mahindra Centuro Rockstar Kick Alloy, along with other Centuro variants, as of March 2020. I purchased Pantero in 2013 in Chennai and since purchase to till date, it is giving a lot of troubles. Very horrible bike and it is a curse to purchase this bike. I am told by the showroom people that Centuro too is having similar type of engine and other specifications except few. Therefore I request every one not to purchase the Centuro. For poor performance of Pantero, I am going to file a complaint against Mahindra in consumer forum. My email is kslnarain@gmail.com and contact no. 98814154888.

Buying a bike was not an easy decision for me. I was quite confused while purchasing new bike so after long research I was planning to go with Mahindra Centuro. Looks and design wise, I am quite satisfied and happy with my motorcycle. Its elegant looks and whole muscular body looks great and it fully satisfy my needs. It has a comfortable pillion seat but needs more improvement specially for the rider. It offers a maximum speed of 105 kmph. The motorcycle does not vibrate up to 70 kmph but as you moves higher and cross 75+ kmph it starts vibrating. It is equipped with 18-inch wheels, it's ride and handling balance is terrific. If you are searching for a bike with a good mileage this bike is definitely not meant for you, and the engine also does not seem to give you a tension free ride in the long run, but the looks and features may attract you and another positive thing for the bike is it's pricing.

Best Features: Stylish & Economical

Pros: Economical, comfortable pillion seat, stylish

Cons: Vibration
