The Z900 retains its muscular and aggressive styling, but the two new colour schemes provide a great opportunity to customise your ride as per your individual style. The Metallic Phantom Silver with Metallic Carbon Gray option looks sleek and subtle, while the Ebony with Metallic Matte Graphene Steel Gray variant looks bold and daring. The green and red accents further enhance the visual appeal of the bike. No matter which colour option you choose, you can be sure that the Z900 will make a statement when you ride it.

The 2025 Kawasaki Z900 has been unveiled with significant updates, including a new, more angular design in line with Kawasakis Z design philosophy. The bike now features a 5-inch TFT dash, ride-by-wire, an IMU, and electronic riding aids such as two power modes, three levels of traction control, a bidirectional quickshifter, and cruise control. I think these updates will make the Z900 a more appealing and technologically advanced option for riders.

The bike also features new Dunlop Sportmax Q5A tyres and upgraded brakes, including twin 4-piston Nissin calipers on the standard model and Brembo M4.32 calipers on the SE variant. Despite speculation about significant weight reduction, the 2025 Kawasaki Z900 only sees a minor weight change, with the base model weighing 213kg and the SE variant weighing 214kg. However, the bike does benefit from improved componentry and new tyres. I think the focus on improving other aspects rather than weight reduction is a practical move by Kawasaki.
