 Speculation arose about Kawasaki potentially reintroducing the ZX-6R in India with updates to meet the latest emission norms. However no official announcement was made by the company.

The Kawasaki Ninja ZX-6R when last available new in India was priced at approximately ?10.49 lakh (ex-showroom). On-road prices in Delhi were around ?12.20 lakh, while in Mumbai, they were closer to ?12.50 lakh due to differences in local taxes and registration fees. Kawasaki typically offered the ZX-6R in a single fully-loaded variant in India. However, special edition models with unique color schemes were occasionally available at a slight premium.
