Recently, a user experienced this issue and also encountered a check engine light with codes P0122, P0374, and P0108. Despite replacing the MAP sensor and throttle position sensor, the problems persist. I think these electrical issues can be tricky to diagnose without the right tools, but a multimeter can be a good starting point.
