Discussions and Questions Bajaj Freedom 125 NG04 Disc
How does it fare in the real world, in terms of fuel efficiency?
29 January 2025 09:14
Let's talk about long-term efficiency. I've had my Freedom for over a year now and found the mileage to actually improve over time. I started off around 55 kmpl now I am getting close to 65 kmpl regularly. It definitely helps to break in properly and keep it maintained properly.
The build quality of the Freedom 125 NG04 Disc is how does it compare to its competitors?
29 January 2025 09:14
I think people underestimate the role of the dealer in this equation. I bought my Freedom 125 through a good dealer and they set it up properly and I've had zero build quality problems. A lot rides on initial assembly and how well it’s checked prior to delivery.
On long rides, pillion comfort on the Freedom 125 NG04 Disc is how does?
29 January 2025 09:14
Both of you are missing a key point: it’s about expectations. This is not a touring machine, this is a budget 125cc bike. It’s fine for city rides and occasional short trip. If you're on the long ride every day with the pillion then you need to be looking at a whole different class of motorcycle.
How does the Freedom 125 NG04 Disc’s instrument cluster measure up to modern standards?
29 January 2025 09:14
The Freedom's cluster is actually what I prefer, for its simplicity. The most important thing to remember when you’re riding is that it’s easy to read at a glance. Not everyone needs or wants a fancy digital display that’s hard to read in bright sunlight.
Is Bajaj Freedom 125 NG04 Disc really the most hyped bike?
29 January 2025 09:14
I've test ridden it and I'd say it's a mixed bag. Ergonomically you do exactly what you need for daily commutes, and the engine is refined. The headlight could be brighter though and the suspension is a bit too stiff. If that’s all there was, then it'd be a good option, but there are better options in its class.
