Before the arrival of the YZF-R3 in India, Yamaha enthusiasts only had the R15 as the flagship offering. However, Yamaha's R series has a rich legacy globally, ranging from the R125 to the top-tier R1M. Now, Yamaha is captivating Indian motorcycle enthusiasts at the Bharat Mobility Expo 2024 with a display of its impressive YZF-R big bikes.

The showcase includes iconic models such as the R1 (1000cc), R7 (700cc), R3 (321cc), and R15M (155cc). The R15 V4 (155cc) is presented in four striking colors: Racing Blue, Intensity White, Dark Knight, and Metallic Red. There's speculation that Yamaha may introduce the R7 to the Indian market in the future.

Street Naked Showcases

  • MT Series Lineup - Yamaha is showcasing several of its naked motorcycles under the MT series banner. The MT range is renowned for its edgy and aggressive design, earning it the moniker "Dark Side of Japan." The lineup includes the versatile MT-07 (700cc), MT-03 (300cc), and MT-15 (155cc).
  • Streetfighter FZ - Yamaha's FZ lineup, known as the "Lord of the Streets," has been a best-seller in India. The FZS FI V4 Deluxe (149cc) is displayed in vibrant Ice Fluo-Vermillion and Sparkle Green shades. Matte Titan and Metallic Black variants of the FZ-X are also featured, alongside the new Chrome shade.

Scooters Displayed

  • Aerox Adrenaline - Yamaha's Aerox 155 stands out as the only large-displacement sporty scooter in the mainstream Indian market. It's showcased at the expo in Racing Blue, Metallic Black, and Grey Vermillion colors.
  • Scooter Symphony - Yamaha's scooter lineup in India includes the Fascino and RayZR 125, which are often overlooked despite their impressive features. Y-Connect Bluetooth features, a mild hybrid system, best-in-class fuel efficiency, and cutting-edge TCS technology are all featured on these scooters.
  • Global Grandeur - Yamaha has also brought two of its popular global scooters to India: the N-Max (155cc) and Grand Filano (125cc).
