How will the Pulsar SS400 compare against KTM's product line?
31 January 2025 10:54
I believe that Bajaj will keep the SS400 one step below RC390 in terms of performance, deliberately. Especially since they profit from the partnership with KTM, they won't be keen to cannibalize KTM sales. The SS400 should be more comfortable and practical for daily use but less track focused than the KTM.
People wonder whether the Honda Activa 5G stands up to its widespread positive reputation.
31 January 2025 10:50
Nah, it's overhyped. Scooters these days offer enhanced specifications and greater fuel efficiency compared to the Activa 5G. The Activa maintains its top position in the market through past reputation alone.
What will the Pulsar SS400’s maintenance costs be compared to its competitors?
31 January 2025 10:46
In fact, the SS400 might be the ideal track for beginners. This will have enough power to grow into, but not enough power that it is unmanageable. Crash parts are less expensive than a high end sport bike and if you crash, you have a lot less to lose.
When it comes to the Bajaj Pulsar SS400, is all the hype around it justified?
31 January 2025 10:46
Overhyped, if you ask me. Bajaj is no expert when it comes to high performance machines, but commuter bikes. Rather than that, I would have preferred going for a proven bike like the KTM RC 390 or even saving up for a proper Japanese supersport.
What is the real world rideability of Pulsar SS400 against KTM RC 390?
31 January 2025 10:46
I don't think so. However, the riding styles of the SS400 and Dominar 400 are different. The SS400 will be the choice for sport bike enthusiasts, but if you want a more versatile machine, then the Dominar will be your pick.
People claim that the Honda Activa 4G LED headlight produces excessive brightness which causes blinding effects.
31 January 2025 10:45
Absolutely! The number of times I have experienced temporary blindness from an oncoming Activa 4G passes my count. The lights produce the same effect as gazing at the sun.
Is the Bajaj Pulsar RS400 really the hype?
31 January 2025 10:39
I am a Pulsar fan and RS400 is one of my favorites. I think Bajaj has always given great value, and I believe they have learnt a lot from their tie up with KTM. If they can bring some of that knowledge to the RS400 it would be an awesome bike at a killer price.
The Honda Activa-i Deluxe faces increased scrutiny regarding its worth in the market.
31 January 2025 10:37
Disagree. People choose the Activa-i Deluxe because of its widespread popularity. The Activa-i Deluxe delivers dependable performance without any fuss and remains a dependable ride for accomplishing daily duties. Perfect for daily commutes.
What will Bajaj Pulsar RS400 do to the Indian sportbike market?
31 January 2025 10:34
In fact it might hurt the market in the long run. In fact, if Bajaj undercuts everyone on price, then other manufacturers will be compelled to cut corners in order to compete, thus creating a race to the bottom in terms of quality.
Will the cannibalization of the Bajaj Dominar 400 sales happen by Bajaj Pulsar RS400?
31 January 2025 10:34
That’s what I’m more worried about, because I think this will adversely impact Bajaj’s relationship with KTM. Thus, the RC 390 could end up competing against the RS400. I think that’ll be interesting, to see how they deal with that potential conflict.
Is the Bajaj Pulsar RS400 worth the hype?
31 January 2025 10:34
I think people are overhyping it, they want to lay the baby with the bathwater. It's a nice bike, sure, but I have my doubts that it will be the revolutionary machine people are expecting. As a relative newcomer to the big bike game, Bajaj have no doubt got some teething issues.
People continue to debate about whether the Honda Activa 3G deserves its "King of Scooters" reputation or not.
31 January 2025 10:32
The Activa 3G deserves its title. The scooter stands out because it delivers consistent performance rather than fancy specifications. A king demonstrates its worth through dependability and reliability which leads to becoming a true king.
People wonder if the original Honda Activa possesses everlasting durability.
31 January 2025 10:26
Absolutely! The 2008 Activa model owned by my dad has maintained its operation reliability for fifteen years. The vehicle resembles the legendary durability of the Nokia 3310 mobile phone.
Does the Pulsar RS125 suit for longer rides and touring as it is comfortable to ride?
31 January 2025 10:18
I’ve toured on mine and it was fine. But the fact is that I really don’t have another bike to ride so while it’s not ideal, if it’s your only bike, yes you can make it work for longer rides with a little bit of planning.
How fuel efficient is the Pulsar RS125 in real world riding?
31 January 2025 10:18
My experience is that the RS125 is as close as you get to the claimed efficiency if you ride sensibly. In mixed city and highway riding I always get around 55-60 km/l.
Is the Pulsar RS125 a Real 'Race Sport' bike or just marketing hype?
31 January 2025 10:18
Truly Race Sport, is not what this bike is. It’s not a bad thing having to prioritize the most important bands for next week. Newer riders get a taste of sport bike aesthetics and handling without being too extreme.
How does the Pulsar RS125 stand up to international 125cc sport bikes?
31 January 2025 10:18
We're not going to lie, most of the 125cc riders are not pushing these bikes to the maximum anyway. Even if it’s not quite at the level of the top international brands, the RS125 is more than capable enough for its intended use.
IS THE PULSAR RS125 a genuine race Sport bike or words that have been deemed well spoken by marketing guys?
31 January 2025 10:11
More marketing than actual race performance for sure. In effect, the RS125 is just a commuter bike with sporty looks. It has no way of hanging with real race oriented 125s on a track.
I disagree; it is a fine entry level sport bike. It has legit sporty handling with the full fairing and clipons. It's not a track weapon by any means, but it can help teach new riders good cornering skills.
31 January 2025 10:11
The fun of having a bike like this is half modding it. Of course, the gains from these tweaks won’t be massive, but customizing your bike and getting familiar with bike mechanics along the way is gratifying.
Compared to long term costs and environmental impacts of electric alternatives, how does the Ashok Leyland Dost Lite LX?
31 January 2025 10:07
I'm conflicted. The influx of these vehicles has really saturated the market, which is great for deliveries. As customers demand lower prices for what they have read are our 'efficient ' vehicles, earnings per delivery have gone down.
