If you're doing any serious off roading, I'd be worried about safety features (or more aptly, the lack thereof). Perhaps the light trails and gravel roads are safer.

I've been driving one of these two years now for a school and I can tell you it's pretty solid. I have a couple of times in the rain saved my bacon with the anti skid braking system. And the speed limiter means I can't go nuts if I wanted to. It's not a tank, but it works.

Are you kidding me? I'm always worried about my neighbor's kid riding in one. Compared to the big yellow buses you see in American movies, it's so small. What if a truck hits it? Even if it costs more, I'd feel a lot better if they would use a full size bus.
