In recent years there have been rapid advancements in infotainment technology in the automotive world. Having seen the XUV500's system in action, it's clear that the car's very much out of date. The infotainment system of the XUV500 honestly feels dated in 2024. Today's standards for a car's screen, its size and its interface aren't very snappy. It’s not the sexiest car, but it gets the job done, and it has Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, which is what most people use anyway.
The XUV500’s simpler infotainment system is actually the one I prefer. It’s not flashy like the massive screens in new cars, but it’s functional and less distracting. Moreover, you can access all of the modern features you need with smartphone integration.
