About
The Ford Figo Titanium is a well-rounded hatchback that excels in several key areas. It features a comfortable and supportive front seat setup, with good cushioning and under-thigh support, although rear seat headroom can be tight for taller passengers. The suspension is stable and adept at handling higher speeds and rough roads, and the brakes are strong and reassuring. The 1.5-litre petrol engine in the automatic variant is peppy and offers a nice blend of power and fuel economy. The Titanium trim comes with essential safety features like ABS with EBD, driver and passenger airbags, and electronic stability control. However, it lacks some modern conveniences and has a smaller boot space with a high loading lip. Overall, the Figo Titanium is a solid choice for those looking for a safe, fun-to-drive, and relatively affordable hatchback.

Our take on this /// Verdict
The Ford Figo Titanium, particularly the automatic variant, is a mixed bag that offers several compelling reasons to consider it, but also comes with some notable shortcomings. On the positive side, it boasts a fun-to-drive nature, a strong build, and class-leading safety features, including six airbags and electronic stability control. The 1.2 petrol automatic engine provides a good balance of power and convenience, although the transmission could be smoother. However, the package feels a bit outdated, lacking modern amenities like LED headlights, keyless entry, and a wireless charger. Despite this, the Figos appeal lies in its stable suspension, reassuring brakes, and comfortable front seats. If you prioritize driving dynamics and safety over the latest features, the Figo Titanium is worth considering.
Price
The Ford Figo Titanium automatic is priced competitively in the Indian market. The mid-spec Titanium trim starts at Rs 7.75 lakh (ex-showroom), while the top-spec Titanium trim is priced at Rs 8.20 lakh (ex-showroom). On-road prices would typically add another Rs 1-1.5 lakh, depending on the state and local taxes, bringing the total to around Rs 9-9.7 lakh for the Titanium variant. Compared to its rivals like the Hyundai Grand i10 Nios and Maruti Suzuki Swift, the Figo Titanium AT actually undercuts the price of the range-topping Swift ZXI AT, making it a viable option for those seeking a well-equipped and safe hatchback without breaking the bank.
Latest Updates
Monday, 02 September 2024 02:00 PM
The Ford Figo Titanium variant has been praised for its robust build quality and excellent handling characteristics. Despite Fords exit from the Indian market, the Figo remains a popular choice in the used car market due to its reliable engines and good driving dynamics. I think the Figos enduring popularity is a testament to its quality and performance.

Fords decision to stop production of its locally sold models, including the Figo, has led to the current lineup being sold until stocks last. However, Ford has committed to continuing support for existing car owners through their service centers for the next 10 years. This assurance is crucial for potential buyers of used Ford Figos. I believe this support will help maintain customer trust in the brand.

The Ford Figo, particularly the Titanium variant, has seen a significant price revision in recent years. In 2019, Ford India reduced the prices of the top Titanium and Titanium Blu trims, making them more affordable by up to Rs. 39,000. This move was part of Fords strategy to make the Figo more competitive in the Indian market. I believe this price drop was a smart move to attract more buyers.

The 2019 Ford Figo facelift introduced several updates, including a new front fascia with a mesh pattern grille, sleeker lower air dam, and smoked headlamps. The Titanium Blu variant stood out with its sporty cellular grille, new 15-inch alloy wheels, and dual-tone roof. These cosmetic changes enhanced the cars appeal significantly. I think these updates made the Figo look more modern and appealing to younger buyers.

Ford India launched the 2019 Figo facelift with a host of new features, including new engine options and improved safety features. The Titanium Blu variant was equipped with six airbags, making it one of the safest options in its segment. This focus on safety was a welcome addition, especially in the Indian market where safety features are increasingly important. I believe this emphasis on safety was a crucial step forward for Ford.
Mileage
Thursday, 21 November 2024 09:56 PM
When it comes to mileage, the Ford Figo Titanium automatic delivers a respectable performance. The 1.2 petrol engine is known for its fuel efficiency, with users reporting around 12.5 kmpl in real-world conditions. This figure is competitive in its segment, making the Figo a good choice for those concerned about running costs. While it may not be the most fuel-efficient option available, it strikes a good balance between performance and economy.

Ford Figo Titanium Discussion
Figo Diesel-the best, with unrivalled milage, tonnes of features, the biggest in space, far better than any other competitors. Go for it. Its the best.
i like figo because it is best in hatchback series
Lacks in features and looks.
Rear window will opens only 40%, And after service I hope it will be very very bad. Because I booked a test drive 2 months ago. After missing three TD dates till date they wont be able to come for that.
very very very bogus car to buy & to waste money.
