Gurkha Xplorer is powered by a massive 2596 cc engine which generates a maximum power of 85 HP @ 3200 rpm and maximum torque of 230 NM @ 1400-2400 rpm. The 3-door model is priced at INR 9.38 lakhs (ex-showroom Delhi). The Gurkha Xplorer has a ground clearance of 205 mm and runs on a 63 litres fuel tank. The model is available in both Hard Top (4+D,5+D and 7+D) and Soft Top variant (5+D and 7+D). It is a worthy competitor to Mahindra Thar in the segment. Gurkha Xplorer 4x4 has been launched alongside Gurkha Xpedition 5 door variant.
