Summary | The Force Motors Xplorer 4x4 is the 2017 version of previous generation Gurkha SUV. The stylish powerful SUV is also equipped with off-road capabilities and has been pitched at a very high end niche segment. The suave design language is based on the Mercedes G Wagon AMG. Gurkha Xplorer is powered by a massive 2596 cc engine which generates a maximum power of 85 HP @ 3200 rpm and maximum torque of 230 NM @ 1400-2400 rpm. The 3-door model is priced at INR 9.38 lakhs (ex-showroom Delhi). The Gurkha Xplorer has a ground clearance of 205 mm and runs on a 63 litres fuel tank. The model is available in both Hard Top (4+D,5+D and 7+D) and Soft Top variant (5+D and 7+D). It is a worthy competitor to Mahindra Thar in the segment. Gurkha Xplorer 4x4 has been launched alongside Gurkha Xpedition 5 door variant. |

The new 2017 version of Force Gurkha is great on specifications. It looks like a Mercedes G Wagon and it will soon become the SUV of people's choice with it's off-roading capabilities and power !
