TVS Motor Company has launched a new variant of the highly-popular scooter, Jupiter. Called the TVS Jupiter SMW (Sheet Metal Wheel), it carries a price tag of Rs 63,497, which makes it the most affordable model available in the entire Jupiter line-up. With the addition of the new Sheet Metal Wheel variant, the TVS Jupiter SMW range now consists of a total of 5 models that fall in the Rs 63,497 to Rs 72,472 price bracket.

Monday, 25 September 2023 01:05 AM The TVS Jupiter SMW, although discontinued, was the most affordable variant in the Jupiter lineup, priced at Rs 63,497. It featured a 109.7cc single-cylinder engine with fuel injection and air cooling, along with a front utility box and a 21-litre under-seat storage. I think this variant was a great option for budget-conscious buyers looking for a reliable scooter.
Tuesday, 29 August 2023 06:45 AM The TVS Jupiter, including its SMW variant, has been praised for its fuel efficiency and smooth performance, thanks to TVS ETFi (Eco Thrust Fuel injection) technology. This feature enhances the scooters overall ride quality and mileage. I believe this technology is a significant selling point for the Jupiter series.
Tuesday, 15 August 2023 12:45 AM Despite its discontinuation, the TVS Jupiter SMW was known for its practical features such as external fuel filling and a side-stand engine kill switch. These features added to the scooters convenience and user-friendliness. I think these practical touches made the Jupiter SMW a popular choice among daily commuters.
Thursday, 20 July 2023 01:36 PM The TVS Jupiter series, including the SMW variant, has faced some criticism regarding after-sales service in certain parts of India. This has been a concern for some buyers, affecting their overall satisfaction with the scooter. I believe improving after-sales service could significantly boost customer loyalty for TVS.
Saturday, 10 June 2023 07:03 AM The TVS Jupiter SMW was available in two color options: Metallic Silver and Metallic Titanium Grey. This limited color palette, however, did not deter buyers who valued the scooters performance and features over aesthetic choices. I think the focus on functionality over design was a smart move by TVS.
