The Japanese brand is bidding farewell to its tried-tested-and-legendary sportbike, the GSX-R1000. With Suzuki abandoning its racing and performance efforts, it’s setting its sights on other more practical endeavors for the time being without a new GSX-R1000 in sight. 

Thursday, 02 January 2025 12:58 PM Suzuki is set to unveil new GSX-R sports bike models by the end of 2025, as confirmed by Suzuki Motor Corporation President Toshihiro Suzuki. These new models are expected to meet modern-day norms and compete with rivals like Honda, Kawasaki, and Yamaha. The new bikes may feature advanced technologies, including a unique aerodynamic package and an electronically controlled variable valve timing system. I think this is a much-needed update for Suzukis sports bike lineup.
