Benelli’s TRK 251 ADV Enters The Indian Market With Rs 2.51 Lakh Price Tag

Benelli India has finally introduced its much-awaited TRK 251 adventure bike to the Indian two-wheeler market today. This bike is the brand’s first-ever entry-level adventurer in the country and is offered at an affordable price of Rs 2.51 lakh (ex-showroom in Delhi). The interesting thing is that the bike’s price includes three years of standard warranty and unlimited kilometres. The Italian two-wheeler maker has already commenced pre-bookings of the TRK 251 motorcycle with a minimal amount of Rs 6,000 from earlier this month.

To begin with the build and design, this new TRK 251 ADV is built on the trellis frame and gets a new front fascia. It comes loaded with a plethora of features like a bi-lens LED headlight with LED DRLs, a fully digital instrument cluster, an aerodynamic windscreen, rear luggage mounts, ABS and 17-inch alloy wheels, but it lacks connectivity features, which is a disappointment for the fans.

Looking at the offered paint scheme, Benelli has garnished the all-new TRK 251 with further attractive colour options like Glossy White, Glossy Black, and Glossy Grey. Speaking of the body dimensions, the new ADV is 2,070mm in length and 1,390mm in wheelbase. The new Benelli TRK 251 bike has 170mm ground clearance and 800mm seat height and has a weight of 164 kgs (unladen).

When it comes to powertrain, the bike is powered by the 249cc, single-cylinder, 4-valve, liquid-cooled engine which is paired with a 6-speed gearbox and churns out 25.4 HP and 21.1 Nm of torque. The suspension duties are handled by USD telescopic forks at the front and a monoshock at the rear, while the braking chores are done by the 280mm front disc with a 4-piston calliper and a 240mm disc at the rear end. A dual-channel ABS system is standard on this motorcycle.
