All-Electric Jeep SUV Likely To Launch Next Year - Details and Photos

In the modern era of the growing electric vehicle segment, the famous SUV maker, Jeep, is going to step into the race. Stellantis, the brand's parent company, made an announcement that the all-electric Jeep SUV will make its official debut in the coming year. During a presentation in Amsterdam, the automaker revealed its upcoming years' plan regarding the production of vehicles running on renewable energy.

However, the Chrysler, Dodge, Maserati, and Fiat owners don't disclose any specifications of the upcoming EV, but we still have some ideas thanks to a couple of teaser images released by the brand.

Looking at the images, we found that on the front facade, the upcoming electric SUV will feature the Jeep’s signature seven-section grille with the blue-finished "e" logo embossed on it. One of the key highlights is the rear door handles, which are placed up by the window rather than in a standard spot.

The car's tail lamps feature "X"-shaped inserts, and the tailgate has a similar blue "e". The wheel arches are also squared off on the sides, and the entire lower section of the car is covered in the black cladding. In terms of body dimensions, the yet-to-be-named E-SUV appears to be sized similar to the Jeep Compass or Renegade. However, we cannot say it for sure without any official confirmation.

In the same way, specs like range, power, and price are under the question mark at the current time. Even so, Stellantis didn't disclose where the forthcoming car would be sold after its launch in 2023.

Apart from the upcoming Jeep electric SUV, the giant automaker intends to launch other e-vehicles, making it 100 by the end of 2030. Witnessing Tesla’s success in the EV segment, almost all major automakers wish to establish themselves as EV makers.
