The faster option out of both is the KTM 200 Duke. Pulsar 220F is good looking but the real performance factor stays traditional in the motorcycle. The Pulsar 220F is powered by a oil cooled, carbureted 220 cc engine whereas the Duke uses a 199.5 cc, liquid cooled and fuel injected engine, producing 24.6 BHP @ 10,000 rpm and 19.2 NM @ 8,000 rpm. The bike comes with a lightweight and high quality design, making out an aggressive acceleration boost at the time of start and throughout the race. It comes with better suspension, through its USD front forks and a powerful rear monoshock. The bike comes with superb precision and excellent running dynamics. The Honda Hornet 160R is a better option when compared to Bajaj Pulsar 150 NS. The bike comes with a better and sharp design. It also loads a fuel efficient and responsive 162.71 cc motor, sourced from the Honda CB Unicorn 160. The bike comes with a safer approach with its double disc brake arrangement and a Honda CBS, which enhances better braking by applying both the brakes at a single lever press. The TVS Apache RTR ABS and Bajaj Pulsar 220F come with the same price tag, making them strict competitors with different specialties and preferences. The TVS Apache RTR should be preferred as it brings better safety and utility features than the Pulsar's bling performance scenario. RTR 180 comes with a 177.4 cc engine producing 17.03 BHP and 15.5 NM of torque. It also brings a relaxed driving position, with a lower seat height than the Pulsar. Twin-channel ABS brakes are included, which increase its responsiveness and safety in less-than-ideal driving situations. The bike comes with aggressive front DRLs and feels better to ride than the other competitor. The power feels more channelized and controllable than the Pulsar 220F.

Bajaj has been launching a lot of Pulsars in last few months and no news has gone wrong from the time of first launch from Bajaj. If Bajaj Autos have planned their Pulsars for different segments, they would surely introduce the new CS series in order to rule out every aspect of motorcycling world. They have showcased the CS400 with the RS400, out of which RS series has been implemented with effective strategy. The CS series will also launch for sure and first one would most probably be the CS200, following the same strategy as at the time of RS launch. Bajaj Autos is the most interesting and fastest expanding Indian automobile manufacturer. Both the bikes are excellent options in the entry level sport biking category. The RC200 is a track based machine, being very precised at cornering, acceleration and braking. The position of the ride is not favorable for everyday riding or long distance trips as the rider leans forward in every ride. On the other hand, the position on the Pulsar is relaxed, sporty and aggressive to the requirements. The bike comes with a ABS bonus, making it more practical on rough Indian road conditions. The engine below the tank remains same for the both. The 199.5 cc motor has been differently tuned for both the bikes, making Bajaj Pulsar RS200 more fuel efficient than the RC200. The power figures and performance varies by a marginally small difference, making the RS200 ABS a more practical and useful option. The price for both the variants differ by INR 36,000. Pulsar RS200 ABS comes at INR 1,30,000.

Bajaj RS200 (ABS) would be more practical choice. But if you want performance then KTM RC will win. RS200 - ABS option, Comfortable driving position, Good for City & Long distance touring, Value for money……. RC200 - Good Pick-up, handling as compared to RS200, Good for Racing and not suitable for touring.
