Discussions and Questions - Arash AF-10 Arash AF 10
Was the Arash AF-10 V8 really a daily driver?
30 January 2025 10:18
It method if you could daily it (or even if you could every other day), why would you? The special occasion factor is part of owning a car like this. Running to the grocery store with it would kill the magic.
Could cars like the Arash AF-10 V8 pose some threat to mainstream automotive technology?
30 January 2025 10:18
I think the biggest impact that I'm having is that of inspiring the next generation of engineers and designers. These are hypercars, these are crazy cars and kids dream of making these the next big thing in automotive tech.
What is the design of the Arash AF-10 V8 compared to other modern hypercars?
30 January 2025 10:18
It doesn't look too busy, I like that. Some modern hypercars are simply dotted with so many vents and wings that like a plate of lasagna, they look a little messy. The AF-10 keeps it relatively simple.
Would the Arash AF-10 V8 fare well in a theoretical race against the Rimac Nevera?
30 January 2025 10:18
The AF-10 should not be written off so soon. With that V8, it could be faster top speed and performance sustained. In a short sprint, the Nevera might take the victory, but it’s still not clear which car would win over a longer distance.
Is the Arash AF-10 V8 supercar just another vaporware?
30 January 2025 10:18
I honestly think it's total vaporware. It's the same old story - a new company suddenly materialises with incredible power figures and 'spaceship technology', but does not come to anything. We shall see it on the road and I'll believe it then.
While the Arash AF 10 hypercar has been designed along very different lines to either of the two new hypercars above, is its design too extreme or just right for a next gen hypercar?
30 January 2025 10:16
At some point in our lives we’ve all experienced a bit of that: love it or hate it — Arash isn’t playing it safe. There are still some risk takers needed to keep the hypercar market interesting.
Is the Arash AF-10 practical for use on the road?
30 January 2025 10:16
I'd be more concerned that you'd end up going through great lengths to use all that power legally. This is probably more practical than we give it credit for, limited only by laws and roads.
Compare Arash AF-10's "Warp Drive" system with other hybrid hypercars?
30 January 2025 10:16
On paper the 'Warp Drive' system could really be insane... but I wonder how could it be used in the real world. Simple hybrid setups have fewer points of failure than four electric motors.
Could the Arash AF-10 stand a chance against the brands of other hypercars?
30 January 2025 10:16
For tech enthusiasts looking for something a little different, however, the AF-10 could make a niche for itself. You’d have thought that in hypercars, the ‘obvious’ choice is what everyone wants, but it’s not the case.
Is the Arash AF 10 only vaporware or a real hypercar contender?
30 January 2025 10:16
I've been following Arash for years and while they are not Bugatti or Koenigsegg they have been moving ahead. If the AF-10 is overambitious, I wouldn't mind labeling it "vaporware," but I wouldn't write it off just yet.
