Some think it’s just another pipe dream, others that it’s the next great thing in the hypercar world. Whether through a lack of real track record or the sheer impossibility of the car’s specifications, there has always been a debate about the company’s legitimacy and the viability of its product. I'm rooting for them. I think we need more crazy, ambitious projects like this that really push the boundaries of what's possible in automotive engineering.

Perhaps even if it is real, does the world require yet another multi-million dollar hypercar that will never venture onto actual roads? At this point it’s flexing by rich people.

I have some hope, because they are using a Chevy sourced V8. That part is proven technology at least. Who knows if they can get the hybrid system working?

I'd say it's probably somewhere in poor man's vaporware territory. It would never be a real production vehicle, they might make a few cars for wealthy collectors.

I’ve actually seen the prototype at a car show and it seemed legit. Yes, maybe the power claims are exaggerated, but I believe that there is a real car underneath all the hype.

2080 horsepower? That’s out there, and ridiculously so. Come on. It would be undriveable on the street, even if they could build it. Clearly it was just a publicity stunt.

I wouldn't rule out writing that out quite yet. People said the same thing about Koenigsegg and Pagani when they began. And sometimes these small companies can get away with great things.

I honestly think it's total vaporware. It's the same old story - a new company suddenly materialises with incredible power figures and 'spaceship technology', but does not come to anything. We shall see it on the road and I'll believe it then.
