Was the Arash AF-10 V8 really a daily driver?
In fact, hypercars are often criticized for being impractical garage ornaments, not really usable vehicles. First glance would suggest that the Arash AF-10 V8 is the kind of car that fits this mould, with its extreme performance figures and complex hybrid powertrain. Some however question if the AF 10 could go against the trend by making supercars more liveable. In urban environments, the hybrid system of the car may give some flexibility, while the super car DNA promises excitement on open roads. But with limited production numbers and a sky-high price tag, the question remains: Is the AF-10 V8 a viable option for the brave (and wealthy) to use it as more than a weekend toy?
Daily drive a 2080 horsepower hypercar? You'd have to be insane. Most people's cars could not even cover the cost of the insurance.
Why not? If you have the cash, go ahead and get it. There is no point in leaving amazing cars in a garage as you don't have enough time in life.
In fact, the hybrid system may make the vehicle more daily drivable than you might think. But if you could probably cruise around town on electric power alone.
No way. It would be a terrible visibility, it would be hard as hell to find a place to park it, and you’d never stop worrying about scratching it. It was just a track toy.
It would be a neat daily in Monaco or Dubai, a place where supercars are common. It would be too much hassle anywhere else.
It method if you could daily it (or even if you could every other day), why would you? The special occasion factor is part of owning a car like this. Running to the grocery store with it would kill the magic.
I don't see why not given the right maintenance and care. Hypercars of today are more reliable than they have ever been. Just be prepared for some painfully expensive service bills.
