I'd be careful with mods. Plus, you don’t want to mess up the reliability or warranty on a bike like this. Perhaps simple aesthetic changes are safer.

Out of the box, the GPR 250 is pretty perfect. I’d rather spend money on track days and gear instead of ‘improving’ it.

It is a great platform to learn about bike mechanics, and bike customization. The only way to really get to know your machine is to start small and get up from there.

Absolutely! In the end, the GPR 250 is a smooth handler and you can feel all the racing DNA in it that is Aprilia. It's a proper little track weapon.

It’s the closest thing to a race bike you’ll get in the 250cc class. It’s not an RSV4, sure, but it has the spirit.

While the GPR 250 is more about the look, it’s not really about performance. If you want to get involved in real racing heritage, you have to go to bigger Aprilias.

Looks wise, the hype is justified but I'm skeptical about long term reliability. Aprilia hasn't exactly been stellar in the small displacement category.
