Our take on this /// Verdict
The Tata Tigor Buzz, while aesthetically pleasing and boasting impressive built quality, has several underlying issues that potential buyers should be aware of. My experience with the 2018 model has been marred by frequent technical problems, including a fuel pump failure within six months, gear shifting assembly issues, and persistent steering noise despite replacements. Additionally, rusting in various parts of the vehicle, water leaks, and poor-quality rubber beadings are significant concerns. These issues, coupled with mileage that ranges between 13-17 kmpl, make the Tigor Buzz a mixed bag. While it offers a stylish design and decent performance, the reliability and maintenance costs could be a deterrent for many.
Price
The Tata Tigor Buzz, when it was launched, was priced around 5.64 lakh ex-showroom in Delhi. On-road prices, including taxes and other charges, would typically range from 6.5 lakh to 7 lakh, depending on the location and additional features. From a pricing perspective, the Tigor Buzz is competitive in its segment, offering a balance of features and affordability. However, the ongoing costs, including potential repairs and maintenance due to the technical issues, need to be factored into the overall cost of ownership.

The Tigor Buzz includes several safety features such as rear parking sensors, ABS, EBD, and dual airbags, which are carried over from the XT variant. The mileage of the Tata Tigor Buzz is a crucial factor for buyers concerned about running costs. Based on user reports, the vehicle delivers an average mileage of 13-17 kmpl, which is reasonable but not exceptional in its class. This mileage can vary depending on driving conditions and habits, but it provides a decent balance between performance and fuel efficiency.
