USER OPINION

Our take on this /// Verdict
The Hyundai i10, in its current form, does not have an electric variant available in the Indian market. However, if we were to consider the closest related model, the Hyundai i10s petrol and diesel versions, it is clear that Hyundai has a reputation for producing reliable and feature-rich vehicles. For a city car, the Hyundai i10 is praised for its smooth driving experience, spacious and comfortable interiors, and modern features. It offers great value for money, especially in the mid-range segment, with its fuel efficiency, low maintenance, and reliable performance. However, since there is no electric version of the i10, those looking for an electric vehicle might need to consider other models like the Hyundai Ioniq 5.
Price
Since there is no electric version of the Hyundai i10 available in India, we cant provide specific pricing for an electric variant. However, the petrol and diesel versions of the Hyundai Grand i10 are priced starting from around Rs 4.58 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi) for the base model. On-road prices can vary depending on the state and local taxes but generally range from Rs 5.5 lakh to Rs 7.5 lakh for the top-end models. For those interested in an electric Hyundai, the Ioniq 5 is priced at Rs 44.95 lakh (ex-showroom), which translates to an on-road price of around Rs 50 lakh, depending on the state and additional costs.
Mileage
Thursday, 21 November 2024 10:05 PM For the petrol and diesel versions of the Hyundai Grand i10, the mileage is quite satisfactory. The petrol models offer a mileage of around 17-20 kmpl, while the diesel models provide up to 24 kmpl. However, since there is no electric i10, if youre considering an electric vehicle, the Hyundai Ioniq 5 offers an ARAI-certified range of 631 kilometers on a single charge, making it a viable option for those concerned about running costs and mileage.
