FIAT is one of the oldest and successful groups in Europe which was founded in the year 1899. FIAT stands for Fabbrica Italiana Automobili Torino which translates into Italian Automobile Factory of Turin. It has production facilities in Brazil, Argentina and Poland and joint venture in number of countries. Its headquarters are located in Turin, Italy. The company has launched the new facelift of Punto, christened as 'Punto Evo' on 5th August, 2014 in India. This hatchback serves as the new generation of Punto hatchback.
