India Yamaha Motor has launched the MT 15 V2 MotoGP Edition in India, as a part of ‘The Call of the Blue’ campaign. Besides the MT 15 V2, the company has also launched the MotoGP Editions of the Yamaha R15 V4.0 and the Ray ZR 125 Fi Hybrid scooter. The Yamaha MT 15 V2 MotoGP Edition is priced at Rs. 1,72,700 (ex-showroom, Delhi), which makes it Rs. 1,500 dearer than the DLX version. The special edition model will be available in limited numbers.

The MT-15 Version 2.0 features a 155cc fuel-injected, liquid-cooled engine, Bluetooth connectivity, and advanced tech like an assist and slipper clutch. It is priced at Rs. 1,73,400. I think this edition adds a nice touch of MotoGP heritage to the MT-15, making it more appealing to local riders.
