Wednesday, 09 October 2024 08:05 PM TVS Motor has recently launched the iQube Celebration Edition, a special variant of the TVS iQube electric scooter, to mark 78 years of Indias independence. This edition comes in two variants, each limited to 1000 units, and features a unique dual-tone paint job, a 3.4 kWh battery pack, and a real-world range of 100 km. The scooter also includes advanced features like regenerative braking, Geo Fencing, and voice assist with Alexa Skillset without any additional subscription fees. I think this special edition is a great way to celebrate the milestone and attract more buyers with its exclusive design.
Monday, 10 June 2024 01:11 PM TVS Motor Company has initiated a voluntary recall for the TVS iQube electric scooters manufactured between July 10, 2023, and September 9, 2023, to inspect the bridge tube of the chassis. This recall affects around 40,000 to 45,000 units sold during this period and is a precautionary measure to ensure good ride handling over extended usage. The inspection and any necessary rectifications will be done at no cost to the customers. I believe this proactive step by TVS shows their commitment to customer safety and satisfaction.
Sunday, 09 June 2024 11:41 AM TVS Motor Company has updated the iQube range by introducing new variants, including a new base variant and a top-spec ST variant. The base variant is priced at Rs 94,999 and comes with a 2.2 kWh battery pack, offering a range of 75 km in Eco mode and 60 km in Power mode. The top-spec iQube ST is available with two battery options – 3.4 kWh and 5.1 kWh – priced at Rs 1.55 lakh and Rs 1.85 lakh respectively. I believe these updates make the iQube more competitive in the Indian electric scooter market.
Saturday, 09 March 2024 04:19 PM TVS Motor Company has expanded its presence in the French market by partnering with Emil Frey, a century-old firm, for the distribution of its premium offerings. This move is part of TVSs strategy to chart a path into international markets. I think this is a significant step for TVS in terms of global expansion and could open up new opportunities for the company.
Thursday, 13 May 2021 02:21 PM The TVS iQube electric scooter has seen a price adjustment due to the revised FAME II subsidy by the Indian government. This subsidy has made the iQube more affordable, aligning with the governments push for electric mobility. I believe this price cut will make the iQube more appealing to potential buyers looking for an economical and environmentally friendly option.
