More Details Emerge About KTM 390 Duke
KTM has finally revealed the big news for the Indian bike lovers. KTM will launch the Duke 390 sports motorcycle in coming 3 months i.e. sometime around March 2013. 390 Duke will be manufactured at the Bajaj Auto’s Chakan plant for Indian as well as foreign markets. Duke 390 will feature a 375cc single-cylinder, liquid-cooled, 4-valve engine that is capable of generating max power of 45 bhp and 35 Nm of peak power. The Duke 390 engine’s architecture is similar as that of Duke 125/200's but it is much faster than them.
It has a kerb weight of 150 kg that ensures Duke 390's power to weight ratio will be the highest among all the motorcycles built in India. Duke 390 is ideal bike for longer distances as it comes loaded with bigger crankshaft, clutch and a gearbox to cope with high power and torque figures.
