KTM is Europe's No.1 Bike Manufacturer
Austrian motorcycle giant KTM are now the no. 1 motorcycle manufacturer in Europe. They have over taken the BMW Motorrad to reach the top. KTM has sold 107,142 units in 2012 calendar year and they have surpassed the BMW with a margin of 1000 units. KTM has increased their market share by 7.5 percent and with this the company has grown up to 32 percent.
KTM’s partner Bajaj auto that holds a 47.18 percent stake has played a significant role in increasing the KTM’s global tally. The newly introduced 200 Duke has sold over 8000 units in Indian market till now.
