Hero Reaches Africa and Latin America

Indian two-wheeler giant Hero MotoCorp has started sales in Africa and Latin American countries. The automaker are taking step by step to achieve its target of selling a million units outside India in the upcoming five years. Hero is expected to start deliveries by June 2013. The automaker has selected specific models from their existing 100cc to 125cc line-up for the African as well as the Latin American countries. For these markets Hero has appointed new distributors and channel partners.

Hero has already exported the first consignments to markets including Guatemala, El Salvador, Honduras, Peru in Central America and Ivory Coast & Burkina Faso in Africa. Apart from these pretty soon Hero will introduce its products in the Kenyan market as well.
