Hero Registers Record Sales in January 2013

India’s highest selling two-wheeler manufacturer Hero MotoCorp Ltd registered the highest ever monthly sales figures in January 2013. HMCL sold a record 5,57,797 units in January 2013 a 7.21% growth over the previous month when 5,20,272 units were sold. This is the highest ever single month sale figures for HMCL. The main contributors to this record sale are Splendor, Passion, Ignitor, Passion X-Pro and Maestro models.

The Senior Vice President, HMCL Mr. Anil Dua said that we have made an excellent start to the New Year. We are receiving great response from the customers and are hopeful of continuing to do so. Also Hero MotoCorp has started the construction of its fourth manufacturing plant and the Global Parts Centre (GPC) in Rajasthan in the month of January.
