Our take on this /// Verdict
The Honda VTR 250, although a discontinued model, remains an intriguing option for those seeking a powerful and agile motorcycle. My experience with this bike highlights its robust 249cc liquid-cooled engine, producing 30 BHP and 22 Nm of torque, which is quite impressive for its class. The 5-speed gearbox and the combination of 296mm front and 220mm rear disc brakes make it a joy to ride, especially in urban settings. However, its important to note that the VTR 250 is no longer available in the Indian market, and potential buyers might need to consider alternatives like the Honda CBR250. Despite this, its handling, braking, and overall performance make it a memorable ride for those who have had the chance to experience it.
Price
The Honda VTR 250, being a discontinued model, does not have a current ex-showroom or on-road price in India. However, when it was available, the ex-showroom price in Delhi was approximately 1,50,000. Given its discontinuation, any pricing would be based on the used market, which can vary widely depending on the bikes condition, mileage, and location. If youre considering purchasing a used VTR 250, its crucial to inspect the bike thoroughly and negotiate based on its condition to get a fair deal.

Discussions and Answers Honda VTR 250
What is the on-road price of Honda VTR 250 in Kolkata?

Honda VTR 250 is a discontinued model from Honda which will not be launched in any part of India. As an option, I would suggesst you to go for CBR250, which is a fully faired bike having excellent performance and better looks than the VTR250.

wish they would release the bike soon.
I wish they could launch this bike atleast by the end of this year......If they could price this bike below Rs1.50 lakh, which the middle class family could afford, it will improve their market domination to a large extent. Who knows they can be the number 1 bike manufacturer in the world with the launch of Honda VTR 250R.... They should focus on middle class market as they constitute the largest number of population in India.
Hey I had been waiting for this Bike since 2010. I just wish Honda could confirm if they are going to launch this bike or not, so that I can opt for another bike. If they confirm to launch this bike in India, I will wait for it cos it will be worth it. The best thing I like about this bike is the 250 CC engine giving 45 km/liter which is awesome. Moreover it is a V-Twin engine..... I wish they could have modify the head lamp a bit which will make it look perfect. I had been checking on this bike everyday trying to get information when it is going to launch.... With this bike, Honda can improve their market domination by atleast 10 % more.... So HONDA are you listening ?
I think this is a best bike
Because its engine giving all the features that we want
- low maintenance of bike
- in 1.50 lakh I think this is the best bike Even better than ninja
I just love this bike naked = so low maintenance
Good ground clearance = perfect for india
- L twin 90` powerful engine
I think honda must launch this bike
Because this is a best option for bike lovers
N street bikers n stunters

Head lamp of TVS Apache RTR is very attractive, but price is too high, so reduce the price below Rs. 120000.
Specification is as simillar as honda cbr 250R..difference is it jus naked bike ..those who love sporty bike can go 4 this one otherwise VFR250 will be another way.
Honda VTR 250 is a good bike with a sensible price..............
